2715 & 2719 Robinson Road, Roberts Creek, BC – Marla Jensen Personal Real Estate Corporation

Hi, I’m Marla Jensen with Sutton WestCoast
Realty. I’m excited to show you this new listing. Enjoy! 2715 and 2719 Robinson Road combine to create
a spectacular luxury home nestled amongst the trees of Lower Roberts Creek. The property boasts two separate structures
– a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, custom designed family home, and a standalone 1,584 square foot workshop with two suites above it. In addition to the beautiful finishes and
attention to detail you’d expect to see in a property of this caliber, you’ll also find
geothermal heat, air conditioning, two hot water tanks, and smart house technology. The purpose-built home theatre room is perfect
for family movie night or a Fortnite marathon. The exterior siding was milled from trees
off the property, as are the front porch timbers. The property is zoned for two full sized dwellings
and it backs onto Toni Road. From Toni Road, you’re walking distance to
the nearby beach access that’s at the end of Woodley Road. Spending the day at the beach is as easy as
walking down the street! Let’s head back to 2715 and 2719 Robinson
Road and take a tour of this magnificent property. Starting from Robinson Road, we see the shop
that we’ll explore later in the tour. A long concrete driveway leads past some play
equipment and a parking pad before delivering us to the custom designed rancher. Inside and past the foyer, we find ourselves
in an exceptional layout that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This open concept space is surrounded by big
windows. Underfoot are cherry hardwood floors and on
our left is a door that opens to a 500 square-foot second-floor deck. In front of us is a kitchen with cherry cabinets,
high-end stainless steel appliances by Electrolux and Wolf, and porcelain floors and countertops. A large island looks the length of this level. The dining area provides ample space for a
large table with six place settings and a custom mantle houses an air-tight wood burning
fireplace. On our left and past the foyer is the den
that’s current being used as a playroom. It could instead be used as a home office
or a studio and there’s also the potential to turn it into another bedroom. On our right is a three-piece ensuite that
pulls double duty as the laundry room. Leaving the play area, we again pass through
the main living space on our way to the home’s master bedroom that boasts its own air conditioning
unit. The bedroom is a huge space with big windows
that overlook the backyard. There’s also a luxury ensuite with a deep
soaker tub and a gigantic custom shower with a glass enclosure. As with the rest of the home, the ensuite
has geothermal in-floor heat. We get a second look at the master suite and
see its big windows and hardwood floors. A flight of stairs to the right of the master
bedroom lead down to the lower level. At the bottom of the stairs is a sitting area
and to our left is the home theatre room. Or you could forgo the theatre experience
and convert this space into another bedroom. On the opposite end of the open concept space
is a dark room for developing photos. If film photography isn’t your thing, the
dark room could be converted into a music studio or maybe a kitchenette for snacks and
drinks. The door in front of us leads to the covered
patio and on our left is this level’s bedroom. Like the master upstairs, this is a massive
room with big windows and a view of the yard. Right next door is the third washroom. There’s a huge vanity and a shower with a
glass enclosure. Returning to the front of the house, we walk
back up the driveway to the shop from the start of the tour. At just under 1,600 square feet, this shop
would be paradise for a woodworker or an automotive enthusiast. An overhead door lets you park your projects
inside and a separate space would be perfect for a tool room. Walking around the side of the shop brings
us to a flight of stairs that lead up to two second floor apartments. The first suite is a two-bedroom unit with
laminate floors and a four-piece bathroom. These residential suites over the shop could
be used as guest rooms, short-term AirBNB units, or long-term rentals. Two skylights keep the space bright and sunny
and the open concept floorplan combines the dining area, the living room, and the kitchen. To the left of the entrance is a shared laundry
room. Back outside at the top of the stairs is a
second door that leads to a separate studio suite. On our right is the studio’s a three-piece
washroom. Turning around and look directly across from
the bathroom, we see the shared laundry room from the opposite angle. Combine the two garage suites into one big
unit by leaving both laundry room doors open or keep the doors closed and create two distinct
spaces. Being situated on 1.2 acres means there’s
no shortage of outdoor spaces. At the front of the house is a groomed gravel
walking path that loops through a meticulously maintained garden before returning you to
the covered porch. The backyard backs onto Toni Road. More groomed trials lead through a mature
garden where the majority of the plants were planted in the 60s. You’ll walk past rhodos, azaleas, and pink
and purple magnolias, as well as dogwood trees, princess trees, and apple trees. There’s even an ATV trail that runs throughout
the yard. Homes like this are the reason people want
to live on BC’s Sunshine Coast. The house is beautifully finished and absolutely
stunning while the shop and its apartments are well thought out and eminently useful. This property is one-of-a-kind. You have a gorgeous, private setting that’s
walking distance to the ocean. Call Marla today and make an appointment to
see it in person. Thanks for watching the tour. If you have any questions or you’d like to
book a showing, please contact me at any time. I’ve been selling real estate on the Sunshine
Coast since 2006 and I’d love to put my experience to work for you. The Sunshine Coast is one of the most amazing
spots to live or vacation, making it a great investment, too! Take care and have a great day. Bye!
