How to Book Subscriber Tickets
Thank you for being a Signature Theatre
subscriber. This video will show you how to use the signaturetheatre.org website
to book your subscriber tickets. To get started, go to signaturetheatre.org.
Click the “BOOK SUBSCRIBER SEATS” link at the top of the home page and log in using
your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can submit
the email address connected to your account. An email will be sent to you
with instructions on how to access your account. Once logged in, you’ll land on the “SUBSCRIPTIONS” page, which asks you to choose dates to your subscribed shows.
Click the “CHOOSE A DATE” button, which opens a new page with the production
calendar. Click on the date in the calendar that you’d like to attend.
Dates that are grayed out are sold out. A button with the available time will
appear below the calendar. Select your performance time. Once you’ve selected a
date and time, you’ll be prompted either to choose your own seat or choose best
available. To choose your own seat, click on the section you’d like to sit,
orchestra or mezzanine, and the seat map will be displayed. If you’d like to
explore seating availability on a different day, you can click the “SELECT A
DIFFERENT DATE” button. click on the seats you’d like to choose, then click on the
“RESERVE” button in the bottom left corner. This will take you to the shopping cart
page. Notice that seats that have been prepaid
with your subscriptions come up as $0. All subscribers are entitled to purchase
one additional guest ticket per subscription per production. Any
additional guest tickets purchased will show up as full price. Review your order
in your shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the
“CHECKOUT” button. Before you can continue to the checkout process, you’ll be asked
to support Signature Theatre by making a donation. Add the suggested contribution
or change the amount by entering the donation of your choosing. If you’d like
to make a donation at another time, click “no thanks.” Choose how you’d like to
receive your ticket, and review or update your billing and shipping information.
Click the “CONTINUE” button at the bottom of the screen. If you purchased a guest
ticket or made a donation, enter your payment information. If not, the page will
say “no further payment is required,” and you can click on the “COMPLETE PURCHASE”
button to proceed. Once you’ve made it to the confirmation page, you will see a
summary of your order on the screen. This includes your order number, delivery
method, performance date and time, and ticket numbers. You have not completed
your order until you’ve made it to the confirmation page. Be sure to check your
email for a confirmation message. Enjoy the show!
