Jack Farthing (born October 14, 1985) is an
English actor who is notable for playing Freddie Threepwood in Blandingsand George Balfour
in The Riot Club. He has performed at the Royal Court Theatre
and had a small role in Stephen Poliakoff’s series Dancing on the Edge. Farthing has also recently been in BBC One’s
hit show Poldark, playing antagonist banker George Warleggan Jack Farthing studied in Westminster School
and the Hall School, in Hampstead, England. Later, he joined History of Art at St Catherine’s
