Theatrical Staging Basics : How to Build a Set: Part 1

Hello I’m Peggy Charlton speaking for Expert
Village about the elements of theatrical staging in the elements of the stage. Now the guys
are putting on the second layer of the unit set 4 X 8 platform and now the last pile on
is getting in place. As you see girls and guys alone these aren’t that heavy where any
high school person or an adult also can easily move this and there used for all sorts of
things. Also there’s step units that go in the front
that they put down so the actors can easily maneuver up and down on this area.

  1. wow – that was abosloutley ueless – it was just a collection of clips and had no instructional direction or anything – absoloute rubbish

  2. "The elements of how to move pieces of wood that are nailed together" Riveting and informative. My favorite part was at 00:40 when the Samoan kid realizes the block he is attempting to place is already there… I, at minimum, giggled at that – redeeming this clip, barely.
